The Durham Project
Kate Benson(International Director for Education for the Society of NLP) and John Carey (Senior Inspector, Durham Local Authority) held an experimental NLP for teachers training event with several Durham schools. The NLP training event became part of "The Durham project". The project was devised to provide groups of teachers from the same schools with NLP training at the same time. This way we hoped that the learning would reach ‘critical mass’ and impact across the whole school. Our aim is to have the first school where all the staff are trained in NLP.
